A
virtual assistant company providing office management services
Welcome to the office
of Executive Secretarial Services! The office was created by David
Kopan, CR, CAAT, IICRC. In its inception the area was the basement
of a house built in 1910. It is a craftsman style home.
The first picture is
the stairway leading to the basement. The Kopan's enjoy collecting
antiques from the 1910 era. At the top of the steps is an antique
kitchen step ladder that is used for a plant stand on the landing.
The hallway to the office is lined with art and various antique
tools. The door to the office was found at an architectural
salvage yard. It is solid oak and features beveled glass window
and an antique lock set. On the wall behind the door are several
carpenter's tools signed by Norm Abrahm, Steve Thomas and JoAnne
Liebler!
As you enter the
office there is a table with 4 chairs in the center of the room.
To the right of the table is counter space that is used for
projects. There are two two-drawer lateral file cabinets under the
counter. Flanking the file space are storage cabinets. The windows
in the office are 3' x 2' glass block that let in lots of light.
The south-facing wall of the office is lined with 4 more file
cabinets and a paper storage cabinet. The three three-drawer
lateral files have a laminate counter on top of them.
The desk space takes
up the rest of the office. It features a large desk for project
staging, and a 3 section work space with plenty of work room and
storage space.
What office wouldn't
be complete without a "necessary" room. Just down the
hall there is a 1/2 bath. The picture on the wall is of a dog
reading the newspaper as he is seated on the "throne".
